Service Description

The Service displays publicly available information on parking prices, live occupancy, and statistical occupancy forecasts for parking lots in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Ramat Gan, and Givatayim, for user convenience only. The Service is provided free of charge, with no registration required, "AS IS", with no guarantee of availability, continuity, or complete accuracy.

No Affiliation with Parking Operators

The Service is not operated by any parking operator, municipality, or official authority, and is not a substitute for official information published by them. Prices and occupancy shown are estimates based on public sources and historical measurements, and may differ from the actual situation. Always confirm the exact rate and availability on the sign at the parking entrance before parking. The Service is not responsible for any error, inaccuracy, or change in actual price or occupancy.

Permitted Use

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping, redistributing, or automated use of the Service's data for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service's design, code, and interface belong to the Service operator. Price and occupancy data displayed originates from parking operators and public sources, and is shown for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Use of the Service is at the user's own risk. The Service operator shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from reliance on information displayed in the Service - including, but not limited to, incorrect parking, parking fines, lost time, or financial loss.

Governing Law
