What users say about this lot
Based on Google Maps reviews (3.2/5, 38 ratings), there are harsh complaints about blocked pedestrian access, being routed through poorly maintained corridors with no clear signage, along with criticism of especially expensive pricing (₪240 for about 20 hours of parking) and a guard who threatened a customer. Another review describes a garage that kept admitting cars even when full, causing a jam at the exit and a charge for an extra 15 minutes despite no intention to park longer. Customer service is described as responsive on later follow-up, with a refund issued in at least one case.
