Several reviewers say there was nobody to speak to and the phone numbers went unanswered, while the operator replied that drivers can turn to the attendant, the call centre or the manager and will be refunded if there was a mistake. There is also a complaint about confusing exit signs and cars parked in forbidden spots. It is worth photographing the sign, checking the amount at the machine before paying and keeping a receipt.
